Every bağlama I sell is personally inspected and set up in my workshop before it's listed: factory strings replaced with quality strings, frets positioned for accurate intonation, tuning pegs adjusted for smooth and reliable tuning, and the bridge checked and replaced where needed. It leaves fully tuned and tested.
Many instruments are sold exactly as they leave the factory. With more than 20 years repairing and restoring string instruments, and violin-making training in Cambridge, I approach each one as a luthier rather than a seller, so that it feels comfortable, sounds its best, and inspires confidence from the very first note.
